Based on the agreements with the developer companies Sunlight Estate offers services on the primary market without extra fees for our clients. İn case of the secondary market total cost of an agency agreement for the services amounts to 3% of the value of the premises (18 % VAT applies).
The services offered by Sunlight Estate include:
- arranging flight to Turkey (if requested)
- arranging accommodation in Alanya (if requested)
- transfer between the airport and the hotel (if requested)
- visits to the locations chosen beforehand
- representing the Buyer in negotiations with the Owner
- checking the documentation
- checking if the premises are outside the area where the foreigners are not allowed to purchase the estates
- preparation of the necessary paperwork for the Land Register Office and the Military Agency
- translation into English during the whole investment process
- assistance with registration at the Tax Office
- assistance with opening a bank account
- preparation of the draft of the transaction contract and the full contract after negotiations
- calculation of total transaction costs
- developing the payment schedule (if requested)
- receiving TAPU (if requested and under proxy)
- dispatching TAPU to the agreed address (if requested)
- assistance with registration of electricity and water meters (if requested)
- assistance with installation of the Internet (if requested)
- assistance with furnishing the premises (if requested)
- assistance with insuring the property (if requested)
