All paperwork, including completing and checking of the documentation, registering in tax office, opening a bank account, dealing with a notary public, should take approximately 3 or 4 days. Waiting time for TAPU (the Title Deed ) varies, but it usually takes 12 – 16 weeks. In case you are not able to be present in person to receive TAPU, we will be happy to represent you and carry out necessary paperwork.You need to give power of attorney to the third person who will represent you. Sunlight Estate do this service without any charge.
