An inspection trip is a 7 day information and viewing trip where you are personally taken care of by Sunlight Estate representative.

FIRST DAY

• meeting on the airport
•  arrival to Alanya and accommodation
•  depending on the arrival time you are taken on a tour of the area or relaxing at hotel/apartment

SECOND DAY

• 10:00 - 14:00 introductory meeting at the Sunlight Estate office and inspection of Alanya
•  16:00 - 18:00 meeting at the office / continuation of inspection

 THIRD DAY

• 10:00 - 14:00 re-inspection of the chosen properties
• 16:00 - 18:00 meeting at the Sunlight Estate office -interpretation for the buying process/continuation of inspection

FOURTH DAY

• 10:00 - 12:00 registration in the Tax Office /to get the tax ID number/, opening of a bank account
• 16:00 - 18:00 preparation of necessary paperwork, e.g. for the Land Register Office and the Military Office

FIFTH DAY

• 10:00 - 12:00 signing sale contract with the Owner, visit both of the parties in the Land Register Office
• 16:00 -18:00 meeting at the office - after sale service

SIXTH DAY

• 10:00 -14:00 after sale service

SEVENTH DAY

• celebrating good investment decision - meal in a restaurant on company cost
• departure
