Our services does not end with the handover of keys to your new home! We offer our customers a wide range of after-sales services. You can choose the option that best suits you.

 

 

We help you decorate and renovate, we go shopping with you and help you choose furniture and equipment at lowest prices, show you how things work in Alanya,  help you organize cleaning and shopping. Once your new home in Alanya is ready to move in, and you need to return to your daily live, we take care of your home, as of our own.

Once a month we visit the apartment, collect and pay bills for electricity, water, "aidat" (a monthly fee for the maintenance of common areas in apartment complexes), pay taxes, insurance, etc. We also organise cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, make repairations, also in the "emergency" (replacement of light bulbs, leaking faucets, etc.). The employees of Sunlight Estate are responsible people who work according to European standards, which is why your homes are in safe hands .

You will receive periodic reports so that sitting comfortably at home on the computer, you can monitor, how is the situation with your home in Alanya, if everything is paid on time, etc.
